How can I help

What to expect

As a Spiritual Medium, spiritual coach and grief and bereavement coach, there are several ways in which I can help you to gently start your healing process.

For some clients, evidence from the world of spirit,  that those that we have lost are, in fact,  still around us, love us and continue to watch over us, is an uplifting and comforting start in moving our own life on.

For others who are consumed by grief, working with a coach can provide a safe, steady and  gentle hand to guide you through the complex emotions as well as the practical aspects of such a sudden life change.
