I came to Victoria for help with a phobia,  from which I have suffered since childhood. During the time we worked together she taught me  several techniques which addressed various aspects of my belief system and self confidence which had been an issue from my teens.

Victoria was kind, supportive, understanding and never rushed me, she made me feel welcome, she has the ability to somehow make you very calm and relaxed very quickly and does not use words that you cannot understand I felt very safe  working with her and she does not rush you or make you feel silly in any way. 

I learned how to manage my emotions in a way that helped me cope with them much more comfortably, and which has made me so much more relaxed and confident and I have completely overcome the phobia which has crippled me for 14 years. Thank you so much Victoria.

I was recommended to Victoria as I was in need of help. I was suffering with grief following a bereavement and some issues from my younger years had caused a severe lack of confidence and self esteem which were still affecting me in my mid 50s

Victoria is kind, clearly extremely caring and honest, she makes you feel that you can say anything and she never judges you. She taught me some mindfulness techniques, some breathing exercises  and how to manage the feelings inside in order to lower my anxiety.
